At Fox & Co. Pet Essentials, we strive to provide high-quality pet products and a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, and returns are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
✔ The item must be free from pet hair, damage, or signs of wear.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
🚨 Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Personalized or customized products.
❌ Opened pet food, treats, or hygiene products (for health & safety reasons).
❌ Clearance or final sale items.
2. Refund & Return Process
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Email us at info@fox&co.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 2 business days.
Step 2: Ship the Item Back
If approved, you will receive a return shipping address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
🚨 Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item.
3. Exchanges & Replacements
We offer free replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
✔ If the issue is verified, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost.
✔ If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
4. Order Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:

✔ Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to be posted).
